Impacting Education & Health
We make a positive impact in education and health in our community through the following programs:

Health campaigns and donation programs of medical and personal hygiene supplies

Education campaigns on family planning and managing awareness for the prevention of diseases

Livelihood diversification training for women, youth and venerable members of the community

Commencement of various donation programs to support transportation and the building of schools and nurseries
Growing a self-sustainable workforce:
We employ people from the local communities in each of our guano extraction sites.

Our Total workforce to employ >90% Guinean and <10% expatriate workers

We provide vocational training and internship programs
